Chili Mac

Chili Mac
Recipe from Amber Hendrix


1 lb ground beef
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1⁄2 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder or more to taste
1 16 oz can tomatoes, undrained
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 bay leaf
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni



1 – Brown ground beef. Add green pepper and onion. Drain off fat
2 – Add the rest of the ingredients except the macaroni noodles
3 – Bring to a boil and add the macaroni
4 – Let simmer for 15 minutes
