Ranch Chicken
Recipe from Amber Hendrix
4 slices wheat bread crumbs – add more bread slices if making a large batch
1 ranch packet
1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning – a few dashes
Salt & pepper
1 – In a shallow bowl combine all above ingredients
2 – Defrost boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 – Melt a couple tablespoons of butter in a dish to dip the chicken in
4 – Dip the chicken in the melted butter and then coat with the bread crumb mixture
5 – Put into a non-greased 9X13 pan
6 – Bake at 350 for 30 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breast
The bread crumbs stick to the chicken better if they are dried out a little. I let them sit on the counter or pop them in the oven for a few minutes
