Banana Ice Cream Fakeout


Banana "Ice Cream" Fakeout
Recipe from Rachael Ray

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks, frozen
  • 1/4 cup milk
Preparation

In the bowl of a food processor, purée the frozen bananas (adding the milk in small increments as needed to loosen the mixture up) until whipped, about 2 minutes.

Serve the “ice cream” immediately with your favorite toppings
