Taco Ring



  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 1 16 oz package of shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 tubes of croissants
  • cooking spray
  • optional: salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, anything you like in tacos


While that is going, unroll the package’s crescent rolls dough out on your baking sheet or pizza stone. Form it in a ring shape. When the ground beef is done, spoon it out onto the ring-shaped dough (I use an ice cream scoop).

Fold around so that they are covered. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the roll dough is brown.

Add shredded Mexican blend cheese and place back in oven till melted.

You can top with salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or anything else you like on taco’s. Hope You Enjoy!!
